On the South side of the park, this great holiday caravan has had it’s living area built in furniture removed and now has a table, chairs and a seatee/sofa bed installed. One separate double bedded room; a separate toilet with basin; a separate shower room with basin and a kitchen with Morco water heater; Spinflo full size oven and lost of storage cupboards.
This caravan will NOT have an onsite resale value after the end of 2025 (hence the extremely low purchase price) but you can still use each year going forward (our oldest caravan onsite at the moment goes back to 1987!) – we might ask for the caravan a-frame to be painted or exterior cleaned in order to keep in looking with our newer caravans. Great value for a couple looking to make the most of their holidays/weekends etc. INCLUDES CONTENTS!
Brookside has been owned by the same family since 1962 & prides itself on the personal touch. We are mid-point between Seaside Littlehampton & historic Arundel in Lyminster. The park extends over 8.25acres. No pets.
